HOW YOU DEAL WITH YOUR BLUE FEELINGS??

We all have blue feelings..In the past psychologists said that our feelings are colourful.

In psychology, people have long believed that certain colors can evoke different moods and feelings, and some research has supported the idea that colors can have psychological effects.

But what about those ”Blue feelings” we all have and we don’t know about them??

Blue is a color often found in nature such as the pale blue of a daytime sky or the rich dark blue of a deep pool of water. It is for this reason perhaps that people often describe the color blue as calm and serene. Many people call some feelings ”blue feelings” and I will tell you why..-If you feel blue, it means that you are feeling unwell, mainly associated with depression or unhappiness. Feeling down, blue or sad is a normal experience in life, however, depression occurs when these normal feelings of sadness persist for longer than 2 weeks..Those feelings are not the good ones I know,but our life contains the bad feelings to-.

 Guest Sharon once said “I love blue, because it’s the colour of the ocean and the sky. The colour blue makes me feel calm, quiet, reflective and strong. When I look at the blue waters of the ocean, I feel calm and very strong, I feel free like the moving waves and yet there is a sadness to it which at times fill my eyes with tears –

It’s those blue feelings that can hurt you and make you sad for long time..
But I will tell you that”life is 10% of what happens to us and 90% of how we react to it”
My best friend @tzinaboo is a very smart girl and with the most sweet heart.She always knows what to say to make you feel better.Today I received a very smart quote from her and this is what I want to share with you, because we all have ”blue feelings” and we should try to make them yellow  ,which is the colour of happiness. Yellow produces a warming effect.Remember that, the sun is yellow and every time we have a good weather we are all happy.

But when you are in those ”blue feelings” think about the things I wrote below, and they will help you feel better.
1. Firstly..Take a deep breath,pick yourself up,dust yourself off, and start all over again.
2.Think the worst thing that could happen to you, and compare your problem with that.You will see that sometimes it depends on how we react, to what is happening to us and we should find a way to deal with it.
3.Always know that the soul usually knows what to do to heal itself.The challenge is to silence the mind.
And always remember one thing in your life..no matter what happened,everything happens for a reason and you can’t escape from karma.If something should happen it will happen no matter what you do.So relax,take a deep breath and let the destiny works for you.
